Default NewMailEx Stops Firing


For whatevery reason, NewMailEx is no longer firing. I hook the event as
such:

applicationObject.NewMailEx +=
new ApplicationEvents_11_NewMailExEventHandler(applicationObject_NewMailEx);

This code is in the OnConnection routine. Why would this all of a sudden
stop working?
