Default Contact Business Manager Add-In

Where can I find installation instruction for the CBM add-
in?

Is the CBM included in Office 2003 Pro or is there
something else to buy?

The FAQ link
(http://www.microsoft.com/office/pre...itions/contactm
anager)on the MS Support site is broken.

BCM is included in the retail, OEM, volume license, and MSDN Universal versions of Office 2003 Professional and Small Business Edition. In the retail package, it's on its own CD and needs to be installed separately. It was not included in the trial copy distributed at the Office 2003 launch nor in the "Action Pack" that went to various Microsoft partners. We don't know yet whether it's in the trial version that you can order from microsoft.com.

You would have to ask the people who manage the Action Pack subscriptions.

NOTE: Please take the time to quote the original message so that people reading your current response can understand what you're talking about. Otherwise, you may not receive the answer you're looking for.
