Default Problems with macros/addins

Hello
I'm not sure what has happened, but over the past week or
so I have had two windows pop up when I open and close
Outlook 2002.

When I open Outlook I get this...
Microsoft Outlook
"C:\Documents and Settings\Tony\Application
Data\Microsoft\Addins\wfoladin.dll" is not a valid Office
add-in.

When I close Outlook I get this...
Basic
The macros in this project are disabled. Please refer to
the online help or documentation of the host application
to determine how to enable macros.

I've search for both and ran Norton Utilities and still
can't get anything to work.

Suggestions, comments welcome

thanks in advance
