New custom letter to a contact

I know about the Letter Wizard, but I have no control over
where I want the contact information fields to go on the
letter. Can certain buttons or menues be created to click
on & choose to send a letter or fax cover to a selected
contact and have the contact's name and address & fax
number appear where I want them to, and not where Outlook
puts them? I do not want to mail-merge all my contacts.
Just want to be able to print custom letters or faxes ON
THE FLY to selected contacts. This is a much needed
function of a true PIM that Outlook lacks.
