Outlook add-in message

I'm having problems with the message

The addin "C/Program File/NAVNT\vpmsese.dll cannot be
installed or loaded. The problem may be resolved by
using Detect and Repair on the Help Menu. Unable to
loac "C/Program Files may be out of memory out of system
resources or missing .dll files.

This message appears everytime I start Outlook XP. If
you can provide a solution I will be greatful.

Hi Leslie,

don't know this probleme but given file name sounds like Norten Anti Virus
for Windows NT ?
