Default "Not a valid Office addin" error message

Hi Folks,
Every time I start Outlook 2002 I get an error message:
"C:\ . . . .\SBCMSYNC.DLL" is not a valid Office Add-Inn.
If I then click cancel, Outlook starts OK.
I have checked the add in manager and I have Exchange
Extension Property Pages and Windows CE Support
installed. Also when I click on Comms Add Inns the same
error message appears

Can anyone advise on how to get rid of this message?

Thanks
