Access to Junk Senders Addresses

Where can I access this through the object model? I want to write a
VB Macro to allow me to choose whether to add the whole address or the
domain.

It's not in the object model, because they're in the Junk Senders.txt file -- see http://www.slipstick.com/config/backup.htm
