Outlook Hangs in Calender

Hi,

I'm using Domino Connector for outlook. Often, when I try to create/modify appointments in Calender, Outlook hangs. CPU consumption is 100% !!!, and I'll have to kill the process.

What exactly is Outlook trying to do here. Is it trying to synchronise Group Schedules in the Domino Server? What impact can this have on the server? My organization still uses Lotus Notes, and has not migrated to Outlook as of now. I want to be extra careful here.
