Outlook has encountered a problem

Everytime I start Outlook, I get Microsoft Office Outlook has encountered a
problem and needs to to close. Sorry for the inconvenience. It goes on but
provided no error message only giving me the option to send Error Report or
Don't Send. Has anyone else seen this? Is there a way to tell what the error
is in some log somewhere? I have scanned my computer with Norton and
trendmicro and found no viruses and keep my critical updates updated weekly.
