Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2003

Is it possible to move mailboxes from an Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2003 which are in different Exchange Orgs. (Exchange 5.5/NT 4.0/Org=A) (Exchange 2003/W2K3 AD/Org=B)

What is the procedure for this ?

Try asking in the microsoft.public.exchange.admin group. This group is for
Outlook issues related to interoperability with other desktop programs.
