Issue w/ Outlook 2000 Calendar reminders not working ...

I have this issue with Outlook 2000 Calendar reminders not
working on some client machines. Heres the setup:

Office 2000 Pro SR-1 w/ Outlook 2000.
Running Windows 2000 Latest Security updates
Runing Exchange 2000 as the backend.

Some clients work fine (all reminders work all of the
time), Some clients never work (all reminders never work).

I've tried, checking and unchecking the reminder option
under:
Tools->Options->Other(tab)->Advanced Options->Reminder
Options->Display the reminder(Check box)

I've tried starting outlook from the CMD line with
the /cleanreminders flag:

outlook.exe /cleanreminders

I've even tried re-installing office entirely.

Any ideas?

See if the /resetfolders switch helps.
