Outlook Contacts Error

I have a bit of a puzzling error on one of my Win 2000 SP4
machines running Office 2000 SP3 (both Windows and Office
are sully patched). Whenever my user clicks on the
address book icon then chooses her contacts from the drop-
down menu, she receives the following error "OUtlook.exe
has generated errors and will be closed by windows." So
far I have reinstalled office, gave her a new profile, and
checked the knowledgebase, specifically articles 237912
and 297010, but nothing there solved the problem. Any
ideas? Thanks!
