O2k3 can't find exchange server

Both clean install, and upgrade on XP Pro machines from
2002 outlook (Office) to 2003. Windows SBServer, exchange
2K. Still works fine from 2k2 outlook on same domain.
Tried FQDN reg hack, and OST fix for MSI. Seems like it
can't authenticate, but new profile finds (Check Name)
users.

Fix in my case was the RPC KB article. Our server did not
have the client RPC Key (Must reboot server after Key
change). The reason it is important, is that outlook 2003
ONLY connects via RPC. Previous versions of outlook try
to connect RPC first, then via name pipes.
