Default Custom fields in Mailmerge


Hello,
I can see some of my custom fields from a custom Outlook
Contact form in a Word Mailmerge, but not all.
Can anyone advice what could be the reason?

Can you see all those fields if you add them to the Outlook contacts folder
view?
