Outlook vs. Hotmail

Why can't the same filter used within Hotmail, to treat
all mail not in your address book as junk, be added to
Outlook express?

This would be much easier (Especially for the home user
with children) than having to add each perverts email
address too the block senders list.

I though Microsoft wah for protecting kids?
