Junk E-mail

Is there anyway I can separate out my alias addresses to
junk filter on a local machine?

Most junk e-mail only comes to one of my alias but I do
not seem to be able to isolate that one address. Any
attempt to filter one alias seems to automaticlly filter
them all.
