Meeting Requests

I would like to know if it is possible to send a meeting
invitation together and at the same time create an entry
to the calender inside Public Folders.

How could this be accomplished?

You need to know the SMTP of the Public Folder
Calendar, then simply email the meeting invitation to
it. It will just post when it is received.
