Default Synchronize Outlook

Hello,

I have a desktop computer with Office 2003 and a Laptop with Office 2002. I
am using Microsoft Outlook on both of these computers. Can someone please
tell me how to synchronize the Outlook files on the desktop with those on
the Laptop and keep both systems up to date? i.e., when I enter a contact
or appointment on the desktop, I would like that appointment and contact to
be automatically copied to the Laptop the next time I plug into the network.
I am NOT using Exchange Server.

Thanks,

This type of synchronization is not built into Outlook. See http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/sync.htm for possible solutions.
