I get the following message when I open a contact and
click on the activities tab, "Outlook cannot display this view. This folder already exists." I am running Office 2000 Standard SR-1 and we use an Exchange Server. Does anyone know how to solve this? Thanks, Jeff |

Bring up the Properties dialog for the contacts folder and check the settings for the activities group that you're trying to display. You may find it easiest to create a new activities group and point it at the folders that interest you.

I must be doing something wrong. I still can't get it to
work. The activities tab is the only thing I cannot access. Could you give me a little more detail please. Did you right-click on the contacts folder and choose Properties? The next step is to switch to the Activities tab on that Properties dialog.
