administration of outlook

Dear Reader,

I need a way I can view all the accounts on a local
computer, that has outlook installed localy (XP), no
exchange server. Just to make sure you understand, If I
log in as administrator, I can check the email linked to
that account in outlook on the local machine. If I log in
as a user, I can check that email. Is there a way to view
all the registered outlook accounts on local machine in
one spot?
