I am trying to understand why some contacts have embedded
objects, such as birthdays that show up in my calendar. How can I stop this from happening. Thanks in advance for your help. |

If you enter a value in the "Birthday" or "Anniversary" field on the
Contact item's Details tab, Outlook will create the corresponding recurring event for that date in your Calendar. I don't know of a way around this except to either not use those fields or to delete the Calendar events and corresponding shortcuts from your contacts after they're created. -- Jocelyn Fiorello MVP - Outlook *** Replies sent to my e-mail address will probably not be answered -- please reply only to the newsgroup to preserve the message thread. *** "Landon" <ljbideaux@hotmail.com> wrote in message news:02aa01c3470f$710aca80$a301280a@phx.gbl... > I am trying to understand why some contacts have embedded > objects, such as birthdays that show up in my calendar. > How can I stop this from happening.
