Outlook 2002 croaks on Recover Deleted Items

I have a user running Outlook 2002 on a Win2k Pro system with mail on
Exchange 5.5Sp4 server (NT4/SP5). This is the same setup as everyone else
is running, and he's the only one with this problem. When he tries "Recover
Deleted Items", the recovery window pops up followed shortly by a
message-box stating "Microsoft Outlook has encountered a problem and needs
to close." You have a choice to send or not to send the error report to
Microsoft. Everything else runs fine and he's the only one with this
problem. Also.. this is a NEW issue even for this user. This only showed
up in the past few days. Anyone willing to share thoughts...?
