Default "Customize Outlook Today" Button

In Outlook 2000:
My "Customize Outlook Today" button won't do anything.
It's supposed to pop up the customization menu; but it
doesn't.
When I click on it NOTHING happens.
I've tried uninstalling & re-installing, Detect & Repair,
etc. and nothing seems to fix it.
As a result, my Outlook Today page cannot be customized.
I HATE IT.

Any ideas?

Thank you.

Josh
