Default Palm 3.x Sync Message "A program is trying to access..."

I don't know if anything can be done but when I sync my
Palm 3.x with Outlook 2002 I get the message:

A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have
stored in Outlook. Do you want to allow this? If this
is unexpected, it may be a virus and you should
choose "No".
Allow access for 1 minute
Yes No Help

Is there a way to turn this security setting off in
Outlook so it doesn't ask me every time?

Thanx For You Brains,
McClint

You may want to check Outlook MVP Sue Mosher's web-site for further info:
