Outlook Security

I have outlook 2002 installed as part of Office XP Pro,
running on windows XP pro. I am NOT using exchange
Server, and want to enable a third party program to access
the outlook mail folders. I have looked at the ADMPACK,
but it seems to be specifically for Exchange server users.

Is there another way to modify the security settings to
allow access to third part software without being
constantly prompted.
