Security warnings

I am going to write a smale VB application that reads contacts from outlook
and then posts the contacts to my web server. The problem is that Outlook
now has a great deal of security checks that I want to avoid.

Is there a way to turn all the security warnings off for a specific EXE file
that will call outlook. In otherwords, once my users run my EXE can they
turn off the security warnings for my exe.
