Problem with syching contacts with Palm device

When synching(Hot Sync) the contacts to a Palm device
using pocket mirror, we get a Check Names box that comes
up that says "Microsoft Outlook has found more than one
(persons name)" and asks us to choose either the persons
name with (email) listed after it or the same name, but
with (business fax) listed after it. If we choose a name
and click Ok, the same Check Names box comes up for that
person again the next time you do a sync.

Any help would be much appreciated.
