Attachment too big error

Hi,

Im trying to send a zip attachment just over 3 megs using
outlook xp and Yahoo Mail pop3 settings, for some reason
after about 5 mins I get that the message failured
because the file is too big or along the lines of that.

Does anyone know how to solve this issue? I have a 56k
dial-up, I thought originally it was timing out but have
put that up to maximum which is 10 minutes but has made
no difference.
