Change IMAP Folders in Outlook

We are going to get a new mail server and i am looking for a way to change
the IMAP server in Outlook. I know I can have a user change it but the upper
people don't want the users to do that. So i am looking for a program, or
if someone could point me to the right area to write a program to do this.
