Trouble opening .vcf files in Outlook!

Hello,

I'm trying to open .vcf files that are sent to
me and am having trouble changing the default program
from Palm to Msoft Outlook.

I've tried to change it in Tool, Folder Options but there
is no Outlook to select from the programs and when I try
to select Outlook.exe it doesn't work.

Any help would be appreciated
