Default Third Party Utility to Record Macros in Outlook?

Outlook can playback macros, but surprisingly, unlike the other Microsoft
Office apps, there is no function to record macros in Outlook. Therefore,
the only way to create a macro for Outlook (AFAIK) is to program one with
code.

For those of us who aren't programmers, that might be pretty difficult to
do.

Any 3rd party add-ons that will record macros in Outlook?

No, there is no such tool. There is a huge amount of sample code for Outlook on the web, though.
