Intelligent Excel Mail Merge

Is there a product where I can merge a spreadsheet where
column 1 is the email address, and column 2 is the body?
It should also be intelligent enough to detect duplicate e-
mail addresses in column 1 and combine the contents from
all items in column 2 into one message when there are
column 1 duplicates.
