syncing multiple handhelds to the same profile

i had to do a hard reset on my palm vx and now my outlook
is reading it as a new handheld.

I reset the email settings and that's fine, but an error
message appears when it tries to sync the calendar,
notes, etc. It tells me to go to online help and search
for "syncing multiple handhelds to the same profile".
Nothing comes up...?

Help anyone?
