Just use the File | Open command in Outlook. The archive folders will appear in the folder hierarchy.

This works fine for me except...the next time I open Outlook, I have
the Archive.pst attached twice. This happens even if I close the Archive.pst before exiting Outlook. If, once I've reopened O2k, I close BOTH Archive.pst's, they don't show up again. Any ideas? TIA for any help or suggestions. Sue Mosher [MVP] wrote: > Just use the File | Open command in Outlook. This just happens sometimes. Microsoft can't seem to explain why, but we MVPs have seen it a lot.
