Re product key - contact whomever you bought Outlook from (Compaq may've
bundled it) with proof of purchase and they can help you.
Re syncing - you haven't given us much information to go on - I'd try
posting to microsoft.public.pocketpc and describe in detail what you've done
so far (include OS version and ActiveSync version, etc) so that the experts
there can help you.
