synchronize palm IIIe in outlook

i have install the newest software from palm.com and
still no go. i went to www.chapura.com and tried the new
hotsync and no luck it seem like it does sync in to a
different user name but in outlook doesn't do anything.

Im i doing something wrong? i have tried to create
different user names but my outlook is set up to a
certain user so the palm is going to a different one.Any
ideas
