Microsoft Office Outlook Live!

Greetings: I purchased the software and installation CD after the invitation
to a new internet & Office intranet for synchronizing e-mailing and better
communication between my pc and my mobile pc. I bought the year's
subscription, downloaded and began the installation process. However, I
discovered this was a two part process. First, the Microsoft Office Outlook
Live program and then, the Microsoft Office Outlook Live (MOOL) Connector. I
have repeatedly attempted to install and receive an error message that
Microsoft Outlook is running and therefore cannot continue to install. I
have contacted Tech help via e-mail and phone for more than one hour. I
still cannot get a resolution to the problem. I simply cannot install the
Microsoft Office Outllook Live Connector for whatever reason. Can ANYONE
help me with this issue. Really frustrated User - RAJ Thanks.
