Default Outlook without E-Mail

I have set a small network of 30 computers and server 2003 with no connection
to the Internet. I want to install a calendar program to administer peoples
movements and office resources but do not want E-Mail.
Is it possible to configure Outlook such that only certain functions are
available, and how do I get instructions on deploying this configuration?

Dear Panda,,

>I want to install a calendar program...

Do you have Exchange Server installed or are you still searching for a
"calendar program"?

Your Outlook version is?

Of course you can configure Outlook without E-Mail accounts, but the
question is what kind of "calendar program" do you want or do you still
have`?
