send/receive icon missing

the send/receive icon is not present on the toolbars, neither is it showwing
up in the Tools->Customise->Commands standard (or any other) category command
list. How do I get it back ?

Andreas,

It was precisely that, the exchange account had not been created! I had
installed 6 users, every other user had the exchange account created
automatically, cant remember setting this account up differently, but must
have. Thanks for your help.
