Default Office outlook

When I try to open office outlook I get an error message - microsoft exchange
server is unavilable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this
action. I have Cox Cable service so I am always online even if I don't have
anything open at a given time. I don't understand this message. How do I
correct it?

Default Re: Office outlook

'Control Panel|Mail', select Microsoft Exchange Server and click the
"remove" button. If you have Outlook 2003, the path is a little different,
'Control Panel|Mail|Email Accounts|View or change existing email accounts'.
