Default Move accounts and rules from one PST to another

Hi all,

I was having trouble with Word, so I did a "Restore Default Settings", which
seems to have done so on all of my Office apps. Outlook created a new .PST
file, and even though I can open my previous one, I am not seeing any of my
email accounts or the huge number of rules I had written.

Is there some way to recover these things? Right now, I have set the
default file to the old .PST and can see all of my folders and email. I just
need the rules and accounts.

TIA,

Chris
