Default Problems with send/receive email

Just upgraded to Outlook 2003. Cannot send or receive my mail from my
POP3/SMPT server (Yahoo). All of the server/mail settings are the same as
before, I doublechecked the Yahoo site for instructions. Under Outlook I ran
the "test Settings" and the Test Mail message was sent correctly. When I show
the progress pane for Send/Receive, it shows the processes completing
"successfully", yet no mail up or downloaded.
Ideas, anyone?

Default RE: Problems with send/receive email

Same Problem here - what's weird is the same settings in outlook express work
fine. Outlook passes all tests and when I go to the online version of the
e-mail it has obviously sent a test e-mail. However, when I go to send an
e-mail myself it gets stuck in outbox and I can't receive anything. Tried
uninstalling and reinstalling outlook, but no help. Hopefully someone
knowledgeable will respond. . .
