Make fonts on incoming email larger

Many people i help with computer useage are seniors who have reading
problems. A common question is "How can i force the fonts on all incoming
emails larger, say size 16, so i can read them easier?

I am responding to your post. I also sent an email in hope of connecting
sooner. My IT people are basically telling me there is nothing much I can
do. I made the resolution huge, changed all fonts in Outlook Options and
Word defaults. It is marginally bigger, but the desktop and other icons are
way too big. It seems like a simple problem with no reasonable solution.
