For most users in our office, Outlook checks for and pops mail off the server
as soon as you open it. For other users, you have to do a manual Send/Receive. I can find no differences in their settings. Is there a way to configure Outlook to automatically check for mail when it opens up? What else could be causing some users to have to do it manually? Our pop3/smtp server is a Cobalt MailQube, if it matters. |

This contains options about automatic send/receive while outlook is open or
while exiting, but I cannot find any settings for making outlook perform a send/receive automatically upon opening.
