How do I download Microsoft Outlook?

Everywhere I go I cannot seem to find the site I am looking for. Where do I
go and what do I select to download Microsoft Outlook 2000, nothing
fancy...just that?

You don't download it. You buy it. It's part of the Microsoft Office
suite, and it can be bought separately from most software retailers.
