TaskPad view in Inbox view

Office/Outlook 2003.

Is there any way that I can get the taskpad to show up in the Inbox view for
Outlook. I would like to arrange my inbox view with the Reading Pane at the
bottom of the screen and the taskpad view on the right side of the screen
(similar to what shows up in the Calendar view when the Taskpad button is
checked.

Any ideas.
