Default open Outlook - send/receive button there, then disappears


I just changed to a new server. I followed the instructions. I could send and
receive messages. This time when I opened Outlook, the send/receive button
appeared, then disappeared. I cannot send or receive messages.

I just posted the same problem, so I'll watch for a solution for yours. Your
ISP isn't Earthlink, is it?
