Outlook Not Responding

Hi,
After I shutdown Outlook 2003, the icon stays in the sys tray. Outlook will
not start up again until I reboot. I get an error message that syas the
Outlook is not responding and I can go the notifications area and cancel
server requests. I don't know how to do that. Also, when I start outlook up
after rebooting it says that outlook did not start up correctlly last time
and do I want to start in safe mode. No matter what I choose everything
seems to work OK.

Please Help!!
