Default Settings are changing without my knowledge

My incoming mail server (POP 3) setting keeps changing to "localhost". When
that happens I cannot receive any email until I go into the settings and
change it back to the correct setting.

This is doing this on its own. I am the only one using my computer and I
don't make these changes.

This had happened on other users here also, so when this happens I have to
go around and fix them.

We're using Outlook 2003, Windows XP on all machines.

Anyone heard of this?

Your anti-virus or anti-spam program is doing this.
