Default Outlook 2000 Calendar

Our company using Exchange 2000 and Outlook 2000 in Windows XP platform

How to implement the share of calendar of Outlook ? What is the setting on
client and server ? (so that ONLY the particular staffs have view each other
calendar)

I have tried to setup the sharing of calendar in outlook 2000 and send the
invitation to other client. The Client accepted the invition but counldnt see
any calendar detail

The option of busy/free information is dimmed /not available from the
Outlook 2000 client

The folder owner can set permissions for any mailbox or public folder in the
Properties dialog for that folder. No invitations are involved. (You must
have been trying to use the Net Folders feature, which isn't designed for
Exchange environments.)
